Questions
When is Ritcha available?
Ritcha is coming to iPhone first, with Android to follow. There is no date yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it’s out.
Do I need an account?
Not for the free tier. There is nothing to sign up for: no name, no email, no password.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone, and in your own iCloud if you use it. We can’t read either.
What leaves my phone?
On the free tier, only ticker symbols and currency codes, so our server can fetch prices and exchange rates. The details.
Can I bring in my bank statements?
Yes. Ritcha reads CSV, OFX and QIF files on your phone. Importing the same file twice doesn’t count anything twice.
Does Ritcha tell me what to invest in?
No. Ritcha never recommends a trade and never places one. It shows you your money and where it’s heading; the decisions stay yours.
Which currencies does it support?
Any. Each account keeps its own currency, and totals are shown in the home currency you choose.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the link at the bottom of any email from us. It deletes your address straight away.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app, then remove its data from iCloud in Settings → your name → iCloud.
